Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions are confirmed only after concierge approval and practitioner confirmation.

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.
Policies may vary slightly by practitioner and will be communicated when applicable.

Membership clients receive priority scheduling. Availability for one-time or referral sessions is limited and not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for:
Providing clean sheets (one fitted, one flat, one pillowcase)
Ensuring a safe, appropriate space for sessions
Securing pets during sessions
