Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions are confirmed only after concierge approval and practitioner confirmation.

    • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.

    • Policies may vary slightly by practitioner and will be communicated when applicable.

  • Membership clients receive priority scheduling. Availability for one-time or referral sessions is limited and not guaranteed.

  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing clean sheets (one fitted, one flat, one pillowcase)

    • Ensuring a safe, appropriate space for sessions

    • Securing pets during sessions

  • Luxury Wellness by Luna reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non alignment. violations of policies, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns.
