Overview of Services

Luxury Wellness by Luna provides concierge-style, in-home wellness services for women clients. Services are coordinated through a membership-based model and delivered by independent, licensed women practitioners.

Luxury Wellness by Luna does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. All services are wellness-focused and intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and quality of life.

Concierge Model

All services are scheduled and coordinated through a concierge process. Session requests are reviewed based on availability, practitioner alignment, and location. Submission of a request does not guarantee availability.

Luxury Wellness by Luna reserves the right to decline or reschedule requests when alignment, availability, or safety standards cannot be met.

Independent Contractors

All practitioners providing services through Luxury Wellness by Luna are independent contractors, not employees. Luxury Wellness by Luna does not control how practitioners perform their services and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent practitioners.

Membership Terms

Membership provides access to concierge scheduling, priority availability, and member-only resources. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Membership does not guarantee a specific number of sessions beyond the terms outlined in the selected membership tier.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and appropriate environment. Any inappropriate behavior toward practitioners will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Health and Liability Disclaimer

Clients acknowledge that wellness services may involve physical touch and movement. Clients agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to sessions.

Luxury Wellness by Luna is not liable for injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from services provided by independent practitioners, except where required by law.

Modifications

Luxury Wellness by Luna reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
